Their small size and quiet inner workings make them perfect for clandestine operations, of for taking candid shots of the family.

Still, with all the size reductions digital cameras have gone through, the quality of the prints they are capable of producing, ultra compact digital cameras are gaining more popularity as they mature in use. With three to five mega-pixel the standard resolution measure, despite their size they can produce some surprisingly quality photos
